Temescal Farmers’ Market

Today is Sunday which means it’s the Temescal Farmers’ Market. I usually work on Sundays so MCM and I have to head over to the market early, shop quickly, and then straight on down to work. Today however I have off so I spent some extra time and took a few photographs. Happy Boy for veggies, Spring Hill Jersey Cheese for cheeses and lemon quark, Feel Good Bakery for the best breads (jalapeno cheddar is a favorite), East and West Gourmet for bolani, sweet jalapeno sauce and enough free samples to cover breakfast, Blue Bottle for coffee. Once again I spent all my cash but brought home some very good eats.

The squash picture is beautiful..all those varied shapes! Looks like more people than on a rainy January day.
